Jessica Bates is the Program Engagement Coordinator at Virtual Virginia, a program of the Virginia Department of Education. She helps develop K–12 curriculum for virtual and blended learning across Virginia.
Jessica is also a doctoral candidate at Ohio State University, where she studies learning technologies.
